Anti-racism campaigner Troy Townsend has attacked Brighton and Hove Albion after they sacked Chris Hughton as manager. Hughton's dismissal means there are now no black or ethnic minority managers working in the Premier League or Championship. Townsend, who is head of anti-racism charity Kick It Out's mentoring and leadership work, told the Telegraph: 'We are now at worse than square one.
